Best kept secrets bill. Have you ever wondered why water rights are being bought up in secret? I've done some research on the subject myself and started my own last year. I have some previous experience in the automotive field and can tell you that indeed an internal combustion engine can run on water. Here is the problem with it at presant, it would put the petrolium industry as we know it out of busness. We are talking about the most powerfull people on the face of the earth and from petroleum they derive their power. Alot of people have died over this technology already. Thats why it is so not heard of, but it does indeed work.
