Check this out. Any vehicle can be rigged up for around 1500 buck's. But will the men in black show up at your door?

just read it and found it interesting. not sure i believe it though.
i think if it were possible we'd have much more than an odd one or two cars supposedly running on water. i think we'd have millions. pirates would be putting up torrents of how to do the conversion etc. companies would be queuing up for teh rights to make the parts. i think it's too big a thing for anyone or any gov, or any country to keep concealed or under wraps.
