This is a one off post for a while, been in hospital for over a month in the uk. Two lots of defibrillation,  at one point given two hours to live, but that's by the by. I have been popping in to look around without posting, will be back up to speed in a month and back home in Manila. When I am well probably swap some of the mods about to freshen up the site. Ellerjam has done a sterling job so big thanks to her.
Yes, the site is running a bit thin but it happens. And no rowers we don,t ban because we don't agree with a post unless it breaks the rules.

Aha!  Caesar was just off getting his angio plasted.  All the best for continued recovery, sleep tight and don't let the NHS bite.
