"When Im locked in my room"

Too many hobbies,
too little time.
Nothing can stop me
except for lack of time.

Write a few poems,
maybe a song.
Never will show them,
except to my mom.

Play a few games,
forget to produce.
Waste a few days,
I have nothing to prove.

So what do I do when Im locked in my room?
I play a few games and just pray I don't lose,
or plug in my amp and then just let it loose.
So many hobbies, which one do I choose?

If I watch a few movies, Ill stay locked inside.
If I play a few chords, will you bore, then go hide?
I cant do it all I just don't have the time.
If I fail at just one, it sure will hurt my pride.

you got an essential contradiction in your poem: " i have nothing to prove" and "it will sure hurt my pride"... essential to a mindset, where every aim is supposed to be easily reachable and at the same time seems unattainable.
i didnt get any answer from your poem, just wanted to give you feedback on what it made me think.
