We're supposed to be the zombies in the mall,
our craving for flesh the lust for material goods,
rotted skin representing the bliss of consumerism.
But then there's the starving survivors,
who hide upstairs, plotting ways
to get what they think they deserve.
This is why I stopped watching these movies alone,
the human characters started to scare me too much.
