cloaking temperance verse; (like cloaking but maybe concealing/covering/sheathing/obscuring?)                                   I like cloaking, too
engraved and fancy,
I was drawn to the cover,
smells of old books
oft my second choice lover;
found it packed full
lacking only one poem, (wot one???? tell me do!)                                                                                                            one from him
didn't open it wide
'til I got all the way home.
A book salesman's volume,
filled with choices and all,
not elaborate as my Tennyson,
older, more tall. (tall? enlongated/explained/extended/extensive/lofty/etc)                                                                      -tall rhymes with all and well, it was

webs of filigree cotton (hmmm cotton? silk/fancy/frills/embellishments/ decals/crop circles/paper doilys/snowflakes/inkblot explosions?) yep, doilies
