maybe i read this too scientifically, but... as nice as the meat of the poem is, i don't see any of the "recurrence" of the title, not unless you consider the (extratextual) water cycle. with as specific a point of view as "creek cascading down / pooling and overflowing", the water's unidirectional flow doesn't show "recurrence", and "endless beginnings" doesn't imply a beginning that occurs over and over again, especially if you ask anyone of an Abrahamic mindset. so yeah, i'm bothered by the title -- i think, as some sort of metaphor or whatever, it fails -- but otherwise it's good.
