nothing is known about the suspect? not how old, not where from,  but thank god we all are informed that there was an ISIS flag in the truck.
don´t tell me specifics about the suspect are not meant for public at this time (i agree) but then neither is the info about how the flag got there
btw: i also agree that the implication of this article is probably correct.. and no, i do not defend terrorism.
