I am a firm suporter of civil liberties. I am also a firm supporter of kicking illegel aliens out of my country.
He's the thing bill, I am Canadain, yet I can be stoped and searched and forced to show I.D. to prove I am Canadain.
So that being the case and believe you me I don't like it one damn bit, Whats the beef over searching for illegels? This all seems to be accepted as the way things are and no one raises a damn eybrow over it till it's about a minority or an illegal alien then you all cry foul, well excuse me, I have been crying foul all my life and what do I get in return? Tripe and BS over liberties that no person really has to begin with.
The G-20 are meeting in Toronto this year, protests are expected, freedom of speech and movement is being restricted to 2 klicks away in a park. The army is moving into town to run security for cring out loud, they have detention centers set up and being set up as I type. Don't talk to me about civil liberties, I have lived long enough to see mine nibbled at to the point that they do not exsist anymore.
These are the times we live in, where we are told we are free and no not the difference.
