The Albuquerque Door
Ben doesn’t like carrots
anymore, and Denise is no longer
his wife. The rabbit missed
the left turn, and hunters
are coming through the depths
of the fog. It’s Wabbit Season,
a time to travel without scars,
and not return—
even when you do.
