Just read any poem a few times until you know what you like about it or what you feel might be better with a change. Then hit the "Reply" button under the poem, a field with the poem quoted will appear and then you can add your comments above, under, or within the body of it. Then hit the Post Reply button on the bottom. It won't show up until a mod okays it, but that doesn't take too long. After the first three posts it will appear immediately. If you hit the reply button under this post you'll see how it works.
