Hello-

If it is a woman writhing, then why is the Nordic set for a taller man?  Perhaps I am missing something, as usual...

I guess you can nitpick the phrasing a bit. The idea is that the settings were appropriate for the previous user who was a a man who was taller than this woman. 
I guess it's taller/tall that gives the potential to take it that way.
