"a" & "sow"/fixed, thanks for the catch. As to "Bette Davis" there's no bitch better, those other two sluts don't hold a candle to her. If people don't know who she is, it's their loss.
This is a great bar song, but who in a bar is going to care about if they know who Bette Davis is? Plus the lyrics go by pretty fast. Sides the tempos around quarter note=96, but it is really the eight note that get the beat so the tempo seems much faster than that.
