I know what you are asking and do have a suggestion. My grandmother was an author and though her books were published her poetry was not. After she died, my uncles made a Facebook page to showcase her paintings and poetry. You could do something like that, or make a website. My uncles also printed a small "booklet" of her poetry to give to close family members. If your quest is more about trying to assess the quality of his work and whether or not you could have it published to honor him, then perhaps choose the two you feel are the best example and post them as Ella said in Poetry Discusion and you'll get some opinions that way.
Personally I wouldn't recommend workshopping someone else's work unless it's at the specific request of a publisher or something minor like a typo. Good luck on your quest, I think it's lovely that you are trying to honor his memory this way.
