Yeah, there's definitely some Dylan playing in the background, but Bobby never needed a refrain. I used to preform "Tangled up in Blue" which of course the title is the refrain, people always wonder how I could remember all the words. yet, despite the background music, this is still just a poem, I've plenty of songs I've written that are just as wordy
