Well done, another vote against misery.  

I especially like this.

I bore the dead parrot poesy for days
nailed to its perch, in the hope it might be able
to push up the daisies in my cliché ridden
Sitcom-sodden, Ellliot / Auden brain.

I'd like it with no spaces around the slash and less Ls in Eliot, but fine nonetheless; those dead birds, with the exception of Mercedes' who continues to inspire the fresh and beautiful, stink after a day or two. So welcome to the mutual admiration society, the good news is the pieces I've worked hardest on on this site have gone over well elsewhere. We may be full of hot air but sometimes it floats the balloon.  

 Oh...if anything everyone's so nice here. Now over at the Pffa....
