I read the article and it is anti Obama but I have been reading a few others that are saying basically the same things. If you believe that there is at least some truth in what is being said in all of them you may tend to become at least a small bit concerned about it. Especially if you live on the same continent and what happens there reflects on your own way of life. I do know that there is for sure a large growing dislike for the man, his party and not just him and his either. Personally I tend to lean toward something happening, what I do not know but something for sure. It won't be good. JMO

if i lived in the usa i'd be concerned with some of the powers the national guard have in times of unrest.
through history every country in the world has used and will continue to use the right of martial law in times of civil unrest. sometimes it's been used locally and sometimes country wide.

for me the problem comes not with the use of martial law, but with the misuse of it. i think certain guidelines need to be adhered to and certain permissions to be given before the rule can be used.

for instance, in Myanmar the inception of martial law was a travesty human rights, law and order were not in jeopardy.
