That's alotta ladies.

Males as well. They are probably about equal in number, but it's hard to tell as I can't sex
them properly from a photograph (all those feathers). Snake-watching seems to enthrall them,
but I guess almost anything is more interesting than sitting in a pear tree. Though since these
are scaly-breasted partridges, this might be some sort of a kinship thing.

No, wait, they're busy critiquing that snake; that's what they're doing!
And a good thing too as I had begin to suspect we were drifting off-topic.
