i'll ban car traffic in all inner city"s and most of the rest

wow, nice one, i never thought of that. manila could definitely do with that. it's infrastructure would have to be seriously revamped though.

after thinking about your idea. i'm going to steal a bit of it. i'd ban cars from the city driven with fossil fuels.

my reason; hopefully more people would stop buying gas guzzlers and the manufacture would have some incentive to start making those electric cars they've been been able to make for the last ten or more years.
