we have tilapia at least once a week, deep fried till the skins crispy. and the flesh is nice and soft. it tastes spot on. lemon, vinegar or both.

that is so fuckin weird. every time we have it. addy teases me with the eyes lmao. (which i find repulsive)

so as you can guess i only eat the white meat.

did you know a fishes eye is filled with unsalted water ?
