Thanks Tom. I used the rural Southerner for the last line (reacting to the three above) as they can get away with saying non-PC type things. In our PC world one cannot get away with saying such cruel things, but in the world of the rural Southerner (and of course this is a generalization, as well as stereotypical) if there is a rabid dog you kill it, you don't try to capture it and cure it. A very hard nosed pragmatism with the tender emotions constrained. You can't really get emotionally attached with to an animal when you plan in the future to kill it and eat it. Urbane people often disparage this type of attitude, but then again they do not have to kill the meat they eat, so it is easy for them to look down their nose at the people who have become inured to death.
SJJ,
That would be nice, although I don't think one could count on that for a while as they have a common bond in the ecstasy of raping, torturing, and killing. As they get pushed back more and become contained I think that is when you will see more of that. Currently there is more than enough to go around. Remember the core of the Daesh are former Saddam Baathist thugs, plus the other psychopathic sadist they have drawn in. It would be nice to see the worm turn, sooner rather than later.
Both of you, thanks for your comments, very stimulating,
Dale

How long after picking up the brush, the first masterpiece?
The goal is not to obfuscate that which is clear, but make clear that which isn't.
