Stir fry.
Get green & red peppers, soy sprouts, egg noodles, carrots and basically all the vegetables you have that you think might go well. Wash these vegetables. Also get some diced meat from Tesco's
Heat a wok, pour oil and fry some onions. Add the diced meat. Let it cook for a bit. Add the vegetables (but not the egg noodles yet). After they're cooked, add the noodles.
While still on heat, be generous with your soy sauce and if you want you can add spices
. STIR while you do this.
Take out of heat and serve in wok
.
