I'm just not happy with the 'lies' - prostitutes have no need to lie about what they do, to their customers. Where do lies come in to it?

Nothing to do with their work.
They do lie, but these are not lies that meant to deceive, these lies are meant to enhance the emotion.
If you are still not convinced, then you have no other choice but to prove it yourself by hiring an escort.
