Without your explanation, this is such a stretch as to be all but meaningless.
That said, the idea of the fly landing on the page mid-read is intriguing.
I think you should consider a completely different piece developing that same idea however.
A third person account of a reader experiencing said miracle perhaps (or coincidence if we're being more accurate!!
