Miss Mills (For Mel)

Tom,

As you know I abhor explanations, but just for you. All was deliberate, every little thing. Nothing left to chance here.

(Cecil B. DeMille) Cecil B. "D" Mills, so L.S. ME = LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide).
Pane = "Window Pane" = LSD, Acid, blotter.  Doing "Pane" (LSD) will cause you "Pain".

Tea = pot, weed, marry wanda, (Cannabis, marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinol) Roll me up a spot of tea = roll me up a joint.

Although you didn't ask: Johnny Blue = "Johnny Walker Blue" an over priced blended whiskey of unsavory origin drunk by rich people without the palate to separate the taste of acid from ice cream.

The end is not suppose to be an explanation it is as it says, a disc claim her (disclaimer).

No need to be concerned, I am just as insane as ever I was, plus I can still distinguish when people are really nuts. I had picked my ex-wife up and was driving  her over to my house to give her back her car and a middle-aged woman was out in the street trying to flag us down. I felt it would be a bad idea to acquiesce, but my ex-wife wanted to stop and find out. Sure enough, as soon as this woman had opened her mouth I knew she was a psych job off her meds. She started off with this story about how she had been robbed and raped last night, and I said I would dial 911, and she said, no the cops had already been there and they didn't believe her. According to her these guys who robbed and raped her also stole her phone (which of course would be nice of them, giving the cops an easy way to track them down) and she just needed me to call her a cab, as she leaned on my door and blew her cigarette smoke in my face. Although I did not say it, I was thinking, if these guys stole your phone how did you manage to call the cops in order for them to come out and tell you they didn't believe you, despite the fact that would violate pretty much all police procedure. Instead I called her a cab and told them that one Bonnie Cross of 3200 Plantation Road needed their services post haste, and they laconically responded that they would dispatch the first available cab to her location. After making the call, she realized that there were several other calls I could make for her. However I just then realized that I was in quite a rush to be somewhere and so I was sorry but I would have to deny her request, and thus I rapidly extricated myself from her increasingly unpleasant presence. You might notice that I told a bit of a lie there, and wonder if I feel bad telling such a poor wretch a falsehood. However no, I do not feel bad in the least as she started out the conversation with a lie, I felt no obligation to tell her the truth about anything. Plus she was creepy, smelly and kept trying to grasp my arm and I just wanted to get the hell away. So there. Usually I'm much better at rationalizations, but for some reason, I just don't care like putting in the energy to craft a good one today.

The higher, the fewer (and who wants to be alone when the die?)

How long after picking up the brush, the first masterpiece?

The goal is not to obfuscate that which is clear, but make clear that which isn't.
