I like horseradish on my egg roll, I've never heard of wasabi. Wiki said,
"Because the wasabi plant is so hard to grow, real wasabi is very rare and expensive. Most wasabi is a green paste that is really made from horseradish, mustard and food coloring. Real wasabi is white, not green."
So I am assuming you are referring to the made up stuff as opposed to the "real". It makes sense the artificial stuff would have a lot of salt in it. I am supposed to be on a low salt diet too, but I just drink lots of water and take a pill for retaining potassium. My doctor said my test results were fine last time, and I should keep up with what I am doing. I figure what she doesn't know, want hurt me
