in the present day and age only those with financial backing get voted in. even obama who got financed by donations had rich people setting it all up so it could happen. we haven't changed so much from the borgias. i would think forcing people to vote would generate a few fuck it votes where they just vote for a nice face hehe.
the fact that all systems fail means that they all work. i ilke the yank way of getting politicians and the uk way which is similar to the uk way, the philippines follows the usa way and it's shite because of all the corruption. as an outsider i disagree with many laws in many lands but see the american way of life as one of the better ones. it would be an awful state of affairs if we all loved everything USA, or any other country for that matter.
