Of all the places to build your nest,
you think above my door is best.
Without so much as a, ‘by your leave,’
you move right in, underneath my eave.
Doggedly, starting your construction,
not knowing that I plot your destruction.
For I know soon without a word,
you’ll dive at me with stinging sword,
and then the battle will be joined,
but it is not me who will be ruined.
For off to the store I will run,
aerosol poison will get the job done.
With can in hand I’ll sneak up close,
and turn you into waspy toast.
