after a cursory read it looks like its tailored to indvidual countries.
one option for aus and can etc and one for aus and sing etc. and one for jap etc.
can't see any juice in it as such and it seems to be leaning more against counterfieting than a copyright rewrite. i'll read it a bit more later as i have a funeral to attend in a short while.
