very funnyI wonder if other state will follow their example? It's not legal here - South Australia has the laxest laws I'm told, but it's still an offense just to have an implement (used) here.
Don't really like breaking laws but when they're ridiculous what can you do?
In the NT there are aboriginal communities that have banned alcohol on their turf... its usually decided by the elders. People still sneak it in tho.
