I went to see the man
who was off to face the dragon,
he was off to face the dragon
to save the maiden fair.

In the center of the pub,
he banged his fists a-braggin',
he was off to face the dragon
whose life he would not spare.

For hour after hour,
flaggon after flaggon,
his tongue kept a-waggin'
while he went on a tear.

So there he stood, a fool
who was off to face the dragon,
but had fell off of the wagon,
so he really didn't care.

I enjoyed this one good ending
