		Hi rowens.
I really enjoyed it. Maybe the acid reflux part is a bit too obvious, which I guess fits in with the speaker, but not really with the rest of the text.
I see the speaker as a grizzled old man in a dumpy nursing home; someone who did too much of some things way back when, or maybe had too much done to him. But he hasn't forgotten how to feel, and he feels deeply.
I think I understand this better right now since I'm stoned, but with the meaning I lose the flow, and then it's just too much at once. I'll read it again later and see if I see things differently.
