What does it mean to you?
Not enough-
What could be more?
How could there be more?
--*Knock knock*--
Look who's at the door
It's your old friend
Pulling you back in
Down to the depths so familiar
Only to rise again
Maybe things will be clearer

Feelings raw but not taken advantage of
Within or without - I feel no love
Ripped, torn, battered ,bruised
Words entangled, berated, and misconstrued
Confusion to the point I could could not recognize her face in a crowd
Eternally screaming her name out loud dreaming these feelings be devoured by hounds and I hear nothing but that bone chilling sound.

Silence- alone at last - confirmation denied - crucified again
A martyr for love through and through
Standing high up above looking down at you
Throw it away like it was nothing at all -- silly thoughts --
I'd convinced myself it took two to fall - A pair did fall - but where
one landed and the other descended were a continent apart
Tear out my heart - I said it was yours for the taking -
Not for a second did I doubt - I was mistaken

Laying in bed with you - so cold, our bodies shaking
Warmed by the vibration of two hearts commiserating
I'll love you again and again - from this life to the next
These lives are full of holes - It's up to us to fill in the rest
