The cat screams.
I jump up
not understanding.
"What happened?"
I ask the cat.
Cat's can't speak,
stupid.
The cat's stupid.
he's walking fine,
not even a limp,
glaring at me
with hate in his eyes.
He'll love me again
within minutes,
he hasn't been fed yet.
Stupid cat.
"Well don't sleep under the chair then!"
I yell
as if it understands.
I sit back down.
Damn cat.
