I agree with JustLivingLies. I wish the poem was rhyming better. Maybe you can get into detail like with character names who are fighting the war. Have rhymes about there personal gun fire, there personal skills and battle cries. You could have an epic series of poems about certain mercenaries and how the interact with each other. Maybe you could even name the war there fighting.
