leanne sort of inspired me to try a sonnet and i'm still at odds with what i thought i knew.

i suppose i should at least try and make the thread stretch out a little more,
does anyone feel threatened when they see a good poem written on the site, (not that everyone of even most will see a poem as a good poem. ) you know what i mean, i feel a bit like that i suppose when i see people pump out endless poems (or limericks) that are pretty spot on in form and substance. not that i ever feel shown up by a good poem, maybe more like a little disheartened.
