you can't own a patent for a poem, you own a copyright,
the works of the poets in the pdf's i've put up are all out of copyright.
with the classic poets you can make a book of one or all or some of them and own the copyright to the book you make but not to the poetry. the only one i'm sailing close to the wind with is dylan thomas, which Gutenberg austrailia printed because in austrailia it was deemed public domain.
