@ leanne, yeah that's often the case. the real stuff that would help is oft overlooked.
a law that made all politicians live for twelve months on welfare before they can hold office might make them more aware of the needs of the less fortunate. of course there are scroungers but not all are, many of them were hard working people a few years ago.
