Who writes poems ever day?

Why do people obligate themselves to write /anything/ daily? Easy, it isn't going to write itself. I think you are mostly incorrect as to why poetry exists. You are most likely pretty incorrect as to /how/ it popped into existence as well. People who write /good/ poetry work at it. Mostly daily. People who write /great/ poetry work at it as a full time job, usually using lectures, teaching, administering or librarying to pay the bills while they do.
