i have a pc. i can read. i have no circle of friends as such.i'm a bit like the englishman i new york. i get my knowledge from where i find it. i know no one in the so-called elite. i may be well off by philippine standards but i'm not well off per say. i'm not privy to things that others are not.
as for speaking about the elite. i sad i support them to be facetious.
i have no problem with kids in school who are frequently playing truant being tagged. btw i'm pretty sure the tag is the sort that uses a strap.
but i'd accept it if it was an rfid as well. i'd accept all known pedophiles being fitted with an rfid too.
i'm not hunting for anything. i just can't see the revolution you speak of happening anytime in the near future.
