You will write better. The spontaneity of poetry is one thing, and of value, but it does not substitute for good poetry; rather, it prompts it.
You must not lose your spontaneity...but you must harness it.
This site will help you if you want help. Some do not. What you do with the crit is up to you but the golden rule is take the best and ditch the rest. How do you know which is which? Easy. Use it all and REPOST your edited version...then do it again and again. Whatever improves...you keep. That is workshopping. If you disappear into obscurity, one day you will regret it.
