I'd hate to ruin someone's poem by suggesting they follow my advice.you can read any forum without giving feedback, if you post in one of the more serious feedback forums, we expect you to to try and give some honest feedback. we understand not everyone can do a line by line and accept shorter but honest feedback, post of praise may work if you give good reason but in general it's a workshop. point out why something doesn't work for you as well. i promise you, you'll not ruin anyone's poem. if you're still a little uncertain, practice on the mods poetry. say what works for you and why, say what doesn't work for you and why. we have thick skins. it isn't about being right it's about saying how the poem affects you.
