I dined on funny mushrooms,
succulent little buttons,
Swimming in gold butter
smiling from my plate.
Tenderly I tested
with a discerning palate,
around my tongue they rolled
juices dripping down my face.
Delightful little fungi,
I savored every morsel,
then a slice of apricot
became anatomy.
