I worked harder on this one. I tried to give it more depth.

I close my eyes,
but I still see
her face
in front of me.

I put my hands in my pockets,
but I still feel,
My love for her
I thought I'd lost it.

I hold my nose,
and cover my mouth
I try to drown myself out.

I cover my ears,
but I can still hear
My heart is breaking,
Loud and clear.
