The are all kinds of folks that one might want to put a high tech, GPS locator/cell phone transponder leg brace or collar on.
If we could make all the alcoholics wear web cam collars, then the monitoring folks could count their drinks. The possibilities are endless.
sometimes we need to know what OUR kids are doing
sometimes it would be good to know OUR partners was safe.
sometimes it would be good to know OUR kids aren't in the vicinity of some child molester.
and if you're worried about the elite. simply allow the parent to buy the tag and place it on their kids partner etc so only they know what their child is up to during school hours.
