Sleep is a cuddly bear;
warm in hibernation
curled under cover of mum's bedspread.
Clawless in happy thoughts of floating
salmon aimed upstream on a spring day.
It's a Winnie "thinking of honey"
the Poo moment,
or Rupert exploring in his flying car
chasing villains and a Pekingese dog.
