I say that the court's decide nothing really. They only sit as judges of a fair trial as that fair trial is defined by the people. The sentence...Death sentance and the way it can be carried out should reflect the way people from all parts of the world feel is a fitting style of execution. Thus everyone remains happy with a system that works. I can think of no better form of justice that will do justice for the victim and the survivors of these heinous crimes. I can also not think of any other more effective deterrent.
once a person is found guilty their should be a short waiting period and then it should be carried out. if new proof isn't enough to release the convicted there and then it shouldn't count for a retrial. maybe allow two months for new evidence. that way the killer will have a time to fear whats coming.
the way it is now, lawyers manage to postpone indefinitely almost, the carrying out of the courts orders. i say stop that shit and do what the courts ordered.
