After a couple of reads it feels like the poem's about an elderly, bedridden woman being molested by a nursing home worker, or maybe she's simply reflecting on former sexual exploits. A lot more clarification is needed. Who, for instance, is "the physicist"? There's a few nice phrases and observations though, like the mention of PVC and the fourth verse, which in its listing of words feels like a life rushing before your eyes. Critique is JMHO.
