Hi Rowens (Note the spelling
)
This was something that caught my attention on many different levels.
As a poem i needed to listen to you read it before i could get into it. I did stumble quite a lot on my first pass though. (before i listened). The thrid part esp seamed very statement based. The differance that listening to the author read, it gave me a whole different perspective and then i really liked the presentation style of the poem.
It reminded me of a sort of cross between statments of faith (of any institution) / proverbs and mini parables...which when i later read your comments makes even more sense.
You mention that this is quite an old piece, have up updated this, or re-worked / developed your ideas since this was written?
Thanks for posting this. AJ.
(would be interested to see / hear other pieces - it is great to hear the author's intended read, esp on these for fun / misc threads)
