It's very old hat bill and anyone that is concerned knows it. We are not talking about the complete take down of the entire system here bill, thats absurd, lol, just removing the cancer which has been identified and well documented. We the people are more than capable of doing so as it is use that run the day to day anyway. The problem of being able to do so only arises when our rights and our means are taken away before we can act.

i highlighted the last sentence. basically because it states.;
we will remove the cancer if they give us permission. so basically they're here to stay.

Actually they have not been as of yet bill. Alto the means to do so has been put in place public out cry and organized revolts are blockading at the moment.
I believe there will be a very bloody revolution.
